Delivery area and shipping charges
We ship to the United States. Standard shipping is $5.99 USD on merchandise subtotals below $50 after discounts, and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99 USD where shown at checkout. Check the available options for your address.
Tracking and address changes
Use the tracking information provided in your dispatch email when available. For a correction or delivery question, email service@duskpetalry.com with your order number. Contact us promptly if you need to change an address. Once a parcel is dispatched, changes depend on the carrier.
If dispatch is delayed
If we cannot ship within the stated dispatch window, we will contact you about the delay and explain your options to accept the revised timing or cancel for a refund, as required by applicable law.
